Cannot Dial From Missed Call Log

I’m running Freepbx with Asterisk 13.15. with Polycom VVX410 phones. I’ve got the commercial endpoint manager running. System is connected wtih Twilio trunks.

I can’t dial calls from the missed call log. I have reviewed the following thread:

In the logs it appears the call is adding two ++ in front of the number. What’s the best solution? I haven’t been able to fix this.

I replaced the number with the nnnxxxyyyy

Have you tried setting up an outbound route that deletes the ++1 from the number when it’s dialed?

It was a dial plan issue. Twilio requires +1. So I adjusted the dial plan rules. It appears to be ok now. Thanks!
