Cannot Dial Extension 200 While IVR is playing - automatically goes to option 2 in IVR

I have an IVR with 7 options Press 1 for, Press 2 for, etc…

I have it configured to allow you to input the extension of the person you are dialing if you know it. Unfortunately when you start to dial the extension, such as 200, it automatically just takes you to option 2 of the IVR. How can I allow for the input of this extension? Is there some sort of delay available?

Are you completely sure that you checked the option to allow direct extension dialing on the IVR configuration?

Unless there is a misconfiguration or a bug, you should be able to dial extensions directly from the IVR, assuming that option is enabled for the IVR.
