Cannot configure Letsencrypt, even switching admin port over 8080


I’ve tryed to use Letsencrypt to cert my freepbx. DNS record is ok (double checked). In System Admin > Port Management , Admin port is on 8080 and LetsEncrypt is enabled on 80.

Creating a new request from Admin > Certificate Management send request , but after a couple of minutes goes to blank page, and stop. Returning to certificate management there’s no new cert in table and nothing has been applied to https.
