It is for a company. They ask me to install it using this link https://computingforgeeks.com/how-to-install-asterisk-15-with-freepbx-14-on-ubuntu-18-04-ubuntu-16-04-debian-9/.
Everything were installed well except the fact that i cannot access to GUI.
You appear to be a beginner doing an advanced install from a random page that may or may not result in a usable system. You should learn the basics first:

Yes i’m a beginner.I juste want to know why I can access to the admin GUI since everything were installed properly.I’m new on Freepbx but no on ubuntu.Need your help if possible. Thanks
These are mutually exclusive events. You can’t have both.
Something in your install is not correct.
I understand your desire to use Ubuntu - I was the FAQ maintainer for FreeBSD, NetBSD, and OpenBSD for a long time, so I really wanted to use BSD for this. After struggling with not knowing the system and not knowing CentOS, I relented and installed the Distro so that I could get a leg up on using the system. While I still prefer the BSDs, I use the Distro for this.
You will save yourself a lot of headaches by installing the Distro for the first couple installations. If you want to switch to Ubuntu after you understand how the PBX works, you’ll have the basics down and life will be good.
