Can we use both Ring strategy and Agent penalty in queue

In queue ring strategy i given fewestcalls and i given agent penalties 200-0, 201-1 ,202-3 , 203-4. which scenario will work in freepbx. can i use both or i have to use any one at any point of time.

Asterisk can use both, in which case one unit of penalty is worth one million seconds of idle time. There is a master switch for including penalty in the calculation. I’d assume that FreePBX turns that on, at least of penalties are used, but one would need to look at the generated queues*.conf, to be sure.

Wrong. The penalty is multiplied by 1000000. It’s really just a larger number than the designers expected an agent to be idle for, in real life.
