Can someone explain

I’m confuse about what or how the name entered on Trunks incoming settings as far as “user context” and “context=from-pstn” will effect the call handling. I understand “context=from-pstn” points it towards extensions.conf => from-pstn - But what should the “user context” relate to?

More specifically, I’m having a tuff time getting teliax (using their new dashboard) to send incoming DID calls to my asterisk. It seems to fail about half the time. The calls always arrive as “Received incoming SIP connection from unknown peer” but manages to work it’s way to “inbound routes” if I have allow anonymous set YES in general, But I don’t understand why the calls are from unknown peer and what part “user context” plays in the connection. Why should I need to allow anonymous to get this to work even partly?
