Can not play call record on cdr report

I have FreePBX 16.

The cdr module does not have a function to play a recording.
All record files store in /monitor with 777 access rights.
Files in mp3 format

Can any one help me with it?

If the recordings are in mp3, then you’re not using a supported GUI method to record the calls, and hence will not be linked to a CDR record for playback in a browser.
