Can not make video call

Dear Supporter,

I can’t Make Video Call with Linphone soft. Only Audio call can work. I hope you can help which configure i missed for this.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your answer. Now, i can make Video call. But not very good. I’m finding the reasons. Don’t know the error comes from configure of Asterisk or comes from LinPhone app’s error.

1/ If we downloaded Linphone from their Store on Google Play and Apple Store, then we use LinPhone Sip accounts from them. It means we use their Sip server, the video call will work very well.

2/ The same version downloaded from their Store. But we use our Asterisk and FreePBX account, the video call not working well:

  • Sometimes, Android will have big Screen, but small screen is black screen. IOS have small screen but big screen is black.
  • Sometimes, Android have big Screen without small screen, IOS only have small screen.

Hope you can help if you ever got this issue.
