Can not access EPM - 25yr license

I purchased a 25yr EPM license and it ended up stalling out at 13.0.84.3. The system itself is now on FreePBX14. When I try to access EPM it tells me I need to purchase the module. Do I need to purchase the update to make this work?

Yes but you are locked in to that version which means no feature updates or bugfixes
