after some changes in advance setting, for applying confing, There was an error during reload:

Unknown Error. Please Run: fwconsole reload --verbose

even for runnig the command fwconsole reload, we have a problem.

[root@localhost ~]# fwconsole reload
Reload Started
[FATAL] retreive_conf failed to get engine information and cannot configure up a softwitch with out it. Error: ERROR-UNABLE-TO-PARSE
[root@localhost ~]#

Try running the full command with verbose and paste the output.

and output:

What version of Asterisk are you using?
Is there any other warnings entries before the errors?
Out of interest, have you checked you have space on the HDD?

What changes specifically. Did you touch the ‘force asterisk version’ field?
