I need to configure our FreePBX so that one can all in from outside (Cell Phone) and do a call as if one was in the office. Caller ID from the company is shown and the outgoing call is billed to the company.
I have an ivr that I could use for this.
Using a VoIP app on the call phone is not an option (that is how I do it myself).
Can you point me in any direction? Or do you even know how to do it? I have googled around, but not found anything.
