Calls to ringing to next ring group if first ring group in on the phone

  1. Call Group 603 as first destination
  2. When 603 is not on the phone in rings through to the 604 group as expected after 25 seconds.
  3. regardless of if I select, ringall, firstnot on phone, hunt and add the 604 extension listed in the group it will not ring to the 604 group when the 603 extension is on the phone.

I must be missing something as this looks correct to me.

Sorry, the 603 group settings are the first set I listed followed by the settings for the 604 group.

otherwise it keeps trying to ring 603 (who hears a call waiting team).

I’m not sure I fully understand the question, but I think you are looking for ‘skip busy agents’.
