Calls that missed in cel table

I have some difference between cel table data from my freepbx and ATC from telephone operator. This is queue. All incoming call come to queue.
This call in operator detalisation Has 84 seconds duration. It has not ANSWERED status in my table. Call recording is 44kb length.

This situation has been going on for some time. The percentage of such lost calls can reach 20%

When a call from the PSTN enters the queue, it will be answered and will remain answered while the caller waits. Each individual call that Asterisk places to the queue member is another channel which may or may not be answered.
