Hi All,
I just got my Asterisk box set up with calls recording enabled by default. However when I attempt to playback the recorded wav file e.g. /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/20100323-153217-1269329537.8.wav, it sounds very loud and very distorted that i could hardly make anything out of it. Do I need to install a codec or need to select a different audio format? Please help!
