Calls randomly hanging up

I have a setup in a small office. 7 Yealink phones. Audiocodes MP114 for analog lines (2 lines). Users will be on a call and it’ll just randomly drop. Have checked time limits, is not that (as calls would drop at different times), the one thing that was mentioned is that if both lines are used (2 people on different calls) and someone would hang up, then the other person would also lose their call; it can be something random as we couldn’t replicate this. Also, one time happened that the call was dropped from one phone, but someone else unhooked their phone and they were able to continue the call (no transfer or conference involved).
