Calls placed on hold disconnect after 5mins. Is there a hard limit somewhere ? Can it be changed ?
if I were on the other end, I would have hung up before these took effect
anyhow, check what the real reason the call was terminated, probably because of an rtpholdtimeout=300. So either bump that up, or you may also need rtpkeepalive set which should keep packets flowing and I THINK would avoid rtpholdtimeout from ever kicking in.
It looks like the settings I need are under SIP -> MEDIA & RTP Settings
