Calls on callback being dropped after blind transfer

I have a phone system at an office that is split between a parking lot. Occasionally when a call comes in the receptionist will do a blind transfer to the extension across the parking lot. If the user is not at the desk then the call comes back to the reception. The problem however, is that when the call comes back it rings once and then is gone. I have set up a couple of these systems but I am having trouble finding the setting for where the call goes if it is unanswered after a blind transfer.
