Calls not recording on one extension

I have the extension setup to record just external calls:
Inbound External Calls: Yes
Outbound External Calls: Yes
Inbound Internal Calls: No
Outbound External Calls: No
On Demand: Disable
Record Priority Policy: 10

I also have tried setting his inbound route to record and still no joy!
He is currently using a SNOM 300 so there are no settings which should be effecting this here.

I could use some assistance with this please
