Calls going straight to Follow Me-PRESENCE_STATE unknown

Having a strange issue that has recently started without any changes to the configuration-I think.
All calls to the ext. go right to Follow Me whether or not the primary ext. is in use.
Its also only for a couple ext.
Note: All was working fine and did not start happening until yesterday??

When I call the ext from inside or out. I see:
[2014-06-06 10:32:32] WARNING[29804][C-00000008]: func_presencestate.c:132 presence_read: PRESENCE_STATE unknown

System info:
Core: 2.11.0.30
Asterisk (Ver. 11.9.0)
PBX Firmware: 5.211.65-12
PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

how much time and what is the ring strategy?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
I thought I double checked all the settings on this ext. but it was set to ringallv2-prim not ringall-prim as the others.
Changed and resolved.
