Calls from Adhoc device have problems

I am in trixbox 2.6.0.5 which has FreePBX2.4.0.0. I am in useranddevice mode.

One device is an adhoc extension. When this device is log off and when I use this device to all one of the DIDs on the trixbox, the call will be rejected. The VOIP provider told me he saw a “403” error code for the refusal.

If I use another extension which is associated with a User on the trixbox system to call, then calls always go through.

Can you try re-phrasing your post so we can understand what you are trying to do, it doesn’t make sense.
