Calls Dropping

Hey All,

we’ve been having this issue for a while now, and i can’t seem to figure out whats going on.

on some calls (and it does seem to be random) the call comes in via our IVR to a hunt group, which rings the phones all good. but as soon as we answer the phone (any extension doesn’t seem to matter if its hard phone or soft phone) the call disapeers.

after trawling the log it appears the call goes on hold, but the end users arn’t given our default hold music, and sometimes nothing is played at all.

the call is still in the system although we don’t seem to be able to retrieve it (using *8 or similar). user then hangs up calls back and everything is fine.

any ideas ???
