Calls dropping when trying to Park

Hi Everyone,

There was a thread posted about a year ago about this same issue, and there was no response from anyone.

I was wondering if anyone had any information on why calls would randomly drop when trying to park them to 70. My business is currently experiencing the same issue and I can’t for the life of me figure out why.

This is my first time posting a troubleshooting thread, so I’m not entirely sure what information you’re going to need but we’re running Asterisk 14.0.1 on FreePBX 14.0.13.4, Parking Lot version 13.0.19.11 and use Yealink T46S phones with up-to-date firmware. The Yealink phones dial 70 as if it was an extension, as using the Call Park feature in the Yealink interface wasn’t allowing us to park more than one call at a time.

andrew can you post a snippet from the full log of a failure - someone might be able to assist after seeing that

btw your system , was it a new install or an upgrade ?
