Calls Dropped with DTMF tones for IVR dial extension Prompt

I am running AsteriskNow 1.5 with upgraded asterisk to 1.6 and freepbx to 2.10 with other issues at hand noticed from the update, that I have wrote 2 weeks ago.

(I swear I am going to never update this machine again once I get everything working again)

Although this doesn’t happen on every call that tries to dial extension at IVR prompt, but does happen enough to cause concern.

I can test with my cell phone and one out of 5 times I get the recording Sorry you’re having problems, goodbye.

Very odd works when call is placed by blackberry, doesn’t work when call is placed using a droid…

Seems to be on the client phone and not the server
