I have a few users reporting that their calls are disconnecting (and one that seems to be having the issue more often than others).
I haven’t been able to make heads or tails of what is causing the disconnect.
Here’s the Asterisk log for a recent call.
[2019-10-30 10:28:17] VERBOSE[C-000053b4] bridge_channel.c: Channel SIP/Voip.ms-000045f0 left 'simple_bridge' basic-bridge <052b1cd8-2dec-4fee-b239-988d7d72f559>

This usually indicates that the Trunk terminated the call.
Do you have a stable internet connection?
We’re not observing any significant packet loss internally, nor are we seeing any when pinging the SIP provider (or other external things like Google).
