Calls are connecting with delay

Dear Team,

I have installed freepbx 13 with asterisk 13 its was working fine from 6 months.

But suddenly ,now i have started face an issue on call.

While making a call its getting stuck in dialparties.agi around 10 seconds and call is processing after that.

Can anyone hep me on this to find the isssue ?

Can you please post a a full call log from a failed call?

Calls are not failing --the calls are connecting after 10 seconds …

As per the below the AGI executed at 09:40:10 and it took 11 seconds to complete. Till the time call was not getting matured.
