I have 2 SIP trunks, 1 for testing with one external number and 1 production with multiple external numbers.
Using the test SIP with 1 external numbers outgoing and incoming calls are working perfect. Just editing the account details to production one will make outgoing external calls result in service unavailable.
As my outgoing calls are working with my test trunk, it seems that my outgoing settings are correct. Just adding the fact that I have multiple external numbers seems to cause the issue.
Anyone already faced the same issue? Thanks!
