IKR! That’s what I’m thinking as well. We have hits on our firewall policy when we’re calling so we can assume that the call IS going out. Do you see anything suspicious in the logs I’ve given you earlier beside things you’ve already pointed out (we will take care of that).
Nope same as I said before. Either they are not getting your request or you are not getting their reply. You would have to do traces at the edge of your network to validate the requests are leaving the network properly but that would be the only thing.
