Calling softphone from IP phone over VPN

Hi Can you help, this seems a bit of a weird one, I have just setup a new FreePBX server, all extensions are installed and in testing I can call from IP phone to IP phone and from Soft Phone to Soft Phone, so here is the twist, I can call from a soft phone that is connected to the VPN to a IP phone / Soft Phone in the office, but when an IP phone / soft phone in the office call the soft phone connected on the VPN the soft phone doesn’t ring. I have dropped the firewall on the PBX but no joy.

Any ideas?
