I set a CallerID Prefix on a Queue, if that queue fails over to a Queue with another CallerID Prefix then the original CallerID prefix is removed and replaced with the new Queue’s prefix. Is there a way to have the CallerID prefix append to each other. My customer would like to show that a call came into “Sales” originally then failed into the “CS” queue. Idealy the prefix would show “Sales CS CallerID information” gaining Sales from the first queue and then appending CS from the second queue.
Take look at the Only Use Last CID Prepend in Advanced Settings. Look at the Set Caller ID module too.
