Ladies and Gents,
Any idea how to deal with this issue. Say call gets routed to a call group, caller id displays “John Doe 1-222-333-4455”. Call gets answered and then transferred to another extension. The person who is getting this transferred call will receive a caller id of his/her co-worker instead of “John Doe 1-222-333-4455”.
Any suggestions?
