CallerID on transfer


I have a question about Free PBX and caller Id.

In the reports (call log) section all calls that had been transfered do not contain original caller id.


Outside call: (040444222) -> calls in to ext. 45 -> then gets transfered to ext. 38.

In the call log I can only see that the call was from 45 to 38.

Is it possible to somehow fix this? I would also like that the original caller id is passed forward on transfers, so the attendant could see the original CID not the transferred one.

Anyhow, we would like to have the external callerid forward to the extension after attended transfer because our customers are using tapi connected software, which should open customer information sheets depending on the received callerid. Some custumors even want to automaticaly start a timer for charging the customer depending on the received callerid.

we are using asterisk 1.2.29 bristuffed 0.3.0-PRE-1y-s and freepbx which works really fine for us and our customers.

Any help would be appreciated.
