SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry ‘0’ for key ‘PRIMARY’

First entry was created fine in FreePBX the second one however I keep getting this error.
It would seem others are reporting this??

I believe this has been fixed in an edge version of this module (13.0.8.12 maybe?)
I typically avoid modules that are not GA/stable but you can certainly try it if you are so inclined with:
fwconsole ma update callerid --edge

Although apparently not so fast…
So the module “creates” the feature code however it doesn’t actually seem to work when dialing from a phone it just disconnects the call and gives a busy tone for a second when calling from a desk phone and a soft phone it says not found and hangs up.
There’s one code that was created a month or two back and that one works and gives the “secondary” dial tone and you can call out with a modified CID.
However the new ones still don’t work.
Ideas I could check?
