Sorry, I should have started a new thread. I thought the symptoms were similar to the issue I was having with CallerID Management. I just checked the store and the notes for Fax Pro state it requires 2.10 or above. From the system Admin page:
PBX Firmware: 2.210.62-6
PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0
So do I need to be at 2.11 to get FaxPro? I thought I checked everything.
