We are not getting the caller name although Caller ID is correctly being displayed on the hard phone as well as on the soft console. I have already enabled CID SUPERFECTA from the module but still, there is no Caller name on the calls. Is there any setting that needs to be enabled on the asterisk server to get the caller name, For Example, during call, it should display IT Support <3353> but it displays only 3353?
