I am on Ver 1.8.16.0, Freepbx 2.10.0 and Redhat 5.8 final. Currently when an incoming call is answered the caller ID for the incoming call shows on the Cisco 7960 screen. However, if the person receiving the call transfers the call to another extension, the receiving extension shows the extension number that the transfer came form, not the original caller’s information. Ideally I would like the receiving extension to show the caller ID of the extension ringing it (as it does now) but once it receives the transfer of the original incoming call, I would like it to show that incoming call’s caller ID. Is it possible to do this?
