I have a customer with Polycom VVX411 phones. When they pickup an inbound call the phone’s display says “From: 717555121” then scrolls the CID to show the final digit of the CID. Here is an example:
First line: “From: 717555121”
Scrolls to “2”.
Then scrolls back to “From:” line.
Does anyone have any idea of how to take out out the colon after the word “From”, or in some other way allow the entire 10 digit CID to be displayed without scrolling?
