I add 9 to the front of the phone numbers in the phone book so that I can dial them directly from the menu. (snom 360)

Is there a way to add 9 to the incoming CLI so that it will match with the phone book entries and display the name on incoming calls?

this will also enable me to dial from the missed call list.

It’s possible to do this, and there has been discussion elsewhere for how to do it (I think at the trixbox forums.)

However, it’s much easier to just remove the requirement of dialing 9.
