Caller ID Issue

hello, I hope someone can help me and point me in the right direction. I have recently upgraded my Freepbx from 13 to 16, by upgrade done a backup of 13 and restored over the top of a fresh 16 installation, however now my caller ID’s seem to be incorrect, below is an image of the 13 CDR Report and below that is a similar image from the 16 CDR Report, as you can see the Caller ID number is different, and when I press redial on my phone it dials the number as in the image ie NNNN-NNNNN:07712345678 etc.,
