Hey Guys, I setup a twilo trunk when I answer the call the softphone is displaying 2 caller ID 001480XXXXXXX followed by +1480XXXXXXX (same number) but one shows 001 and the other shows +1
It’s actually displaying a caller name and a caller number, not two caller numbers. Are you sure Twilio is not doing this. If Twilio is, you need to provide the FreePBX full log for the call.
