The correct phone number displays on a user’s phone. However, they want the company name to appear as well. I have the company name under “outbound CID” but when the user calls me it just shows up with the number, and “unknown”. Is there anywhere else to put this information?
That’s something you need to take up with your dialtone provider. It comes from a master database and is matched with the CID you transmit before both are sent along to the called telephone.
