actually i want to start with callcenter for a start
and want to be able to develop some reports myself in future .
so i don’t want to build callcenter for scratch
i want nothing that i can start with … then i start to develop it with php/mysql
but i want to know which callcenters with freepbx support what i need above .
again i don’t want a black box call center
