Call Waiting Enable with Endpoint Manager

Is there a way to enable call waiting by default for Aastra 6731i and 6735i in Endpoint Manager. We are using the latest version 13.0.106.

Typically Aastra phones have Call Waiting enabled by default.
Regarding the PBX handling, Call Waiting should be toggled from the Extension under Advanced Tab > Extension Options… that really should do it.

But that being said, you can (manually) modify the configuration files for Call Waiting on the phones using EndPoint Manager by going to the Basefile Edit, edit the aastra.cfg for the template you are needing (note: this is a global modification for any phones associated with that EPM template), then use the Parameter “call waiting” and the value either “1” for enabled (this is the default by the way) or “0” for disabled.
