When you receive an outside call you see the caller id and start getting a running clock for call time to display, but when you transfer that call to another extension ( blind or announced ) that person doesn’t see the caller id it shows the first extension and sometimes there is no call time displayed.
This also affects the log file when you transfer without announcing ( hit xfer, dial the number, xfer quickly ) the log file shows the call coming in to the first extension, then the call coming into the second extension (source being the caller ID that works correctly ) but if you hit xfer, announce the person then hit xfer again to complete the transfer, the call shows as coming into the first extension and then it shows the first extension as the source to the second extension thereby loosing the true source of the call.
