Call to extension 's' rejected because extension not found in context

Hello,

I’ve a problem with my incoming calls.
My trunk is up and the call from internal to external number is working.
But when I’m calling from external to internal I have this error in the asterisk log files
Call (TRUNK_IP:PORT) to extension ‘s’ rejected because extension not found in context ‘trunk_context’
I’ve created an inbound route with my DID Number to my Extension but it’s not working.

Thanks for reply.

You haven’t registered to receive calls as your DID number (contact user), or if you have multiple DIDs, the DID isn’t in the request URI, and you need to parse it out. One common case of the latter is handled by the from-pstn-toheader context.

The wiki seems to be still down, so I can’t double check field names.

This is not a valid FreePBX context. You probably want the context of your trunk set to from-trunk and for testing purposes you should have an inbound route where neither the DID nor CID are specified, an ANY/ANY route.

I’ve got ‘from-trunk’. I already try a default inbound route with ANY\ANY but it’s not working
