I have a bunch of extensions on a system with the “Recording Options” set to always for inbound, outbound and internal, external. Everything works fine as far as call recordings except for calls coming through the IVR -> Queue -> answered by one of the extensions with all the recording options set to always. The call is not recorded and the file is not there in the “/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/yyyy/mm/dd” directory. Is this because the recording option of the Queue is set to “no”?
I’m using the FreePBX distro with FreePBX 184.108.40.206 and Asterisk 220.127.116.11.
