we have 5 extensions set up on our little FreePBX system.
I just wanted to get some call stats out of the system, you know who answers the most calls, how long, which inbound number gets used more (general or support) etc…etc…
any ideas what i can use ?
There is a record stored for each call processed by Asterisk. This is called CDR (Call Detail Record). Your CDR database can be viewed using the Reports tab. This provides some powerful tools for searching the records, but you’ll have to determine how to get it to display the specific statistics you want.
