Call Screening Not Working on Transfers of External calls

I recently updated to version 2.8.0.4 -

When we recieve incoming calls that come in during business hours (8 to 5) they go to a ring group - if the receptionist transfers this call to an extension with call screening enabled the call isn’t screened - it just rings the extenision directly.

As for after business hours calls - incoming calls hit an IVR - if they caller hits an extension with call screening enabled - it screens the call.

Is this a bug? - Any ideas on what could be causing this?
