using call screening for some direct DIDs, often teh caller says nothing or coughs and it annoys i mean calls the clients, is there a way to force the caller to after saying their name, they have to push a button, like pound key? if they dont it just times out and hangs up, rather than calling the user and giving them nothing or some junk noises like coughs.
