Call Screening - Default action

The call screening application works great in 2.9, however, I have a somewhat different configuration in that some of my users forward there extension to their cell phone. In this configuration the call screen drops the call after putting the callee in a ringing purgatory.

My question is, where can I modify the default behavior of call screening to revert back to voicemail after a designated period of time.
