Call routing issues

Calls route correctly to the ring group but don’t loop back into another ring group instead to go to a random extension Voicemail.
call comes in ===>
Rings extensions 100,102 for 30 seconds If no answer goes into another ring group that Rings the same extensions 100,101,102,103,104,106 but this doesn’t happen instead the call routes to a voicemail.

If none of 100,101,102,103,104,105,106 answer the call after 30 seconds why would you expect one of 100,101,102,103,104,105,106 to then answer that call? Perhaps a queue would better match your use case. .

I corrected the extensions.
